Dorm vacuum?

One of our suitemates got a bissell cheapo bagless vacuum, and it doesn't work very well. We would be willing to get a used vacuum, basically anything under $100 that is powerful. Suggestions?

Yeah..tell me about it. Already multiple stains on everyone's carpet.
 
Your dorm doesn't have one you can rent? Our dorms all had some pretty nice industrial strength ones you could rent from the hall office if you left your student ID with them until you brought it back.
