I've got some minor dent repair that I need to
do on the driver side passenger door of my 2003
Chevy Trailblazer (wife got too close to a
steel post that protects gas pumps). It looks
like most of the dent will pop out if I just
lightly push from the inside of the door.
What would be the best tool to buy that would
keep me from causing any damage while removing
the inside door panel?

The link nutbucket posted looks like a great kit, I have a smaller one that I occasionally use but truly it's not that much better than a set of picks and screwdrivers. (Edit: unless you do this often)

The biggest thing that helps when dealing with interior panels is patience. Mentally prepare to replace a few clips along the way, just be careful not to damage the panel itself.

Depending on the type of dent you might try the suction cups.. I had some used for drop-in flooring that I used to pull out a couple of dents.

Another option if you don't want to deal with removing all of the interior door trim would be using something like this - http://www.dentcrafttools.com/10-whale-tail.html

Based on where the dent it, you may need different one. You also need to be careful of your door window.

I had a door ding last year and had a paintless dent removal guy come and push out the dent and he used these type of tools. Now, you can't even tell I had one.
