Doom3 - stuck on Alpha Lab Sector 1...

Look to the left, right, up and down.. if you still can't find anything, look again! Well at least this worked for me for many games.
 
Kinda spoilers, but not really.....


Anyone who has beat Alpha Labs Sector 4 by using that spining machine rather than the bridge with the lights off, drop me a pm.
