What specifically came with Doom 3 in the box? I've got a thick CD holder with a little key mapping document in it... did it come with an actual instruction book also?
 
Mine is the boxed original version with:
- 30-page color DVD-size booklet, a black cover with skull and no title. Instructions, game types, credits, etc.
- CD-sized key map booklet
- CD quad jewel case with 3 CDs and CD-key (printed on inside of CD insert
