Doom 3 freezes at "Installing Menus"

System in sig.

Game previously installed and ran fine in previous Nforce2 system.

Installation appears normal.
Freezes/halts at "Installing Menus".
Sound is OK (Doom heart beat).
Task Manager Processes: Doom3.exe and ~e5.0001 open with 100% CPU utilization

System runs Half-Life2, FEAR and Thief3 just fine.

Any suggestions?
