Oh I don't mind the work.... that's what I'm there for. I just mind that a) he's there not doing anything. b) he's taking credit for my work.

I could slave over a project for a week, hand it to the guy who needed it, and no joke, that guy will turn around, thank my boss, and leave, without ever even saying anything to me.
I'm like, "Umm...no problem..."
Most people don't even remember my name, although I have been here for 5 years.
 
So you have now been trained to replace your boss. Good for you! You have all the skills needed to do his/her job. Let your boss's boss know that and you can get yourself a nice promotion. (1) Your boss doesn't do his/her work, thus he/she should be fired. (2) Since you do the work already, you are the perfect replacement. Think of the favor you are doing for your company.

I dont want his job, thats why I will be going to school for something other than what I am doing. I really don't like what I do.
What comes around goes around, we shall see what happens.
