Don't you just hate that 4's and 9's look alike sometimes?

I thought I scored a 93 on an essay final until I realized there was a small hole on the top.

43% ftl. :laugh:.

Anyone else sometimes make that mistake?

Yea, some peoples numbers really suck. it happens alot with the 1, 7. and also with the 4,9.

After so many years of math, i kinda stick to using the open 4 (<-- that one is closed), and i usually cross my 7 like a "t" to avoid any confusion.

I just make my writing legible, so people can understand what I wrote. My 1's though do not usually have a tick on the top though.
