Don't you hate it when stupid stuff makes your day not go as planned...

Since we got back to Canada, I haven't been able to see my girlfriend that much. We made plans for me to come get her in the morning and bring her to my house and we were just gonna play Zelda: WW all day (she just bought me a GC for christmas and loves playing Zelda).

She was supposed to phone today (around 10:00 - 10:30 AM cause thats when I usually get up) but she can't get through because our phone is disconnected for a few hours. I phone her at 11 from a cell phone and she tells me that she made plans to go skiing with her parents because she couldn't get a hold of me

So now I'm ticked off cause she couldn't wait 30 minutes and I told her I didn't want to hang out with her tonight (we were supposed to watch a movie at a friends house).

Now I'm just hanging out at home with nothing to do all by myself... *sigh* woe is me

Yes I hate it. The best way to deal with it to calm yourself down and find something else you could do
or have a backup plan/way out for these kinds of situations.

🙂

My backup plan is to play Zelda all day and finish it... Then she'll be annoyed that she didn't get to play it with me. HAHA  🙂

Sounds like you have a very hard life man...

I just got back from a 3 month trip to India... I'm taking a few days to relax before I get back to work. Nothing wrong with that.

You would think you could relax spending some time with the girl you love instead of plaing Zelda all day...

Like MrDingleDangle say's... if I told my girlfriend I didnt want to hang out cause I wanted to play WoW all day/night, she wouldnt be doing any favors for me any time soon... 🙂

She's the one who wanted to play 🙂

Ohhhhh... well I'm sorry then... guess I should learn to read... I thought you said your plan was to play all day and beat it so she would be annoyed.

she chose going skiing over playing video games... wow what a fool! 😱

and you chose spending your night alone because you were mad... you're both nuts! 😛

its called life, buddy. get used to it.

i suggest reading the baby without a face thread for a reality check.

Do you actually believe that I think this is a large issue? Maybe I should have added a smile icon or something...
