It's happened to me countless times in the early days.
I was always too busy to take each pic and put my signature on it.. .lol.. i used to have upto 300 items on at a time, all with pics.
Then you look at listings with the same keywords as yours, and BAM.. same pic, mostly same description, sometimes they copy with html source and my comments with it.. LoL.
I would email the people and tell them that it wasnt right, but they would always say, well there's no law agianst it or copyright sign. Then i would argue that its not polite and something that members of the Ebay community should do to each other.. mostly to no avail.
Sometimes it's just not worth the effort, time is better spent concentrating on making more money than argueing with morons, you know.. lol
