I like them when they say, "thanks for your order. To track the package..." but recently I sent one to buy.com complain that my order was poorly packaged and I got an autoresponder email.

It's like I'm saying "blah blah blah you suck yadda yadda yadda you morons blah blah suck my blah" and I get an email back that says "thank you for your kind words of inspiration and hope that this lifts us all up to the next level of karma" bull crap.

It's like I'm sitting there and wondering "did anyone even really read this or what??"

Grr...

I think I would've prefered NO response.
