Hmm when I read the forum, I have to hit refresh to get the latest threads. I didn't used to have to do this with IE before. Anyone know?

What do you mean? Did the page refresh by itself before? Or do you mean that when you have just finished reading a thread and come back to the Off Topic page, the page isn't refreshed? It's never just refreshed for me after a while. lol It does, however, refresh when I go from either the forum to a thread or somewhere else on AT.

I mean I can close AT Forums and then come back later and the threads that were up at that time will still be there -- and that's annoying.

I changed some settings, maybe somebody might now how to make the page automatically refresh..

I am using IE 5.00

clear your cache and see what happens.

it sounds like its just loading an old version off your hard drive.

Cache, yup, you're on the right track

I found it:

Tools-> Internet Options ->General ->Temporary Internet Files-> Settings
-> Check for Newer Versions of stored pages [x] For every visit to a page.

Thanks peeps
