He's watching and he'll tell the principle on you.

Emma Sullivan is an 18-year-old high school student who, like many other teenagers and young people, is on Twitter. Unlike many people her age, however, she’s also actively interested and engaged in politics.

At a recent Youth in Government program Kansas governor Sam Brownback was present and Sullivan, who is apparently not a fan, tweeted some disparaging remarks about the governor. His office found out, reported the offending tweet to the Youth in Government people, and she was subsequently scolded at school.

Going against the direct orders of the school principal, Sullivan is refusing to write an apology letter to Brownback.

“I would do it again,” she said.

Picking on high school girls? Really?

Edit: Ack, repost, lock it up.
