Don't trust google shopping ratings

Recently did a google shopping search for a sony bravia, the best buy was from Zoommania, but after placing my order they tried to bait and switch to get me to pay an extra $300 for waranty and a few cables. Google ratings gave them 4.5/5 stars but further investigation revieled them to be a notorious for this.

Does anyone know how to get google to fix their rating system?

that's not bait and switch. that's trying to sell you more shit you don't need/want. bait and switch is if they say it's out of stock and try to usually upsell you.

oh but they say they don't have the TV for sale without the package. That it is out of stock unless you buy the package. I even offered to wait for the TV alone, and was told that they don't expect to have any for sale except with the package.

That is a bait and switch, and is consistant with the information that I obtained after searching the net about their site.

I would say the google one is garbage and don't use it.
Instead usea ratings site that works.

Zoommania has been a known "bait and switch" scam shop since 2004.

gotta wonder why state attorneys general never seem to go after these shops. I don't see how any of these shops could rebut a fraudulent practices charge.
