Hi All. I want to get this Gigabyte MOB GA-EX58-UD3R http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128375

I also want to get this G Skill memory DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) for the mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231230

1 Will this memory work with this board? I have a feeling I picked the wrong memory from a compatibility standpoint.
2. Will this memory let me do some MINOR overclocking?
3. Is this memory too 'slow' for what the board is rated at? i.e. DDR3-1333 vs DDR3-2000.

Its been quite some time since I've built a new rig, so please tell me if this is a good fit for the board.

The memory will work fine with that board and you will be able to acheive mild overclocks, depending on what you define mild to be.

That being said, I bought 1600 rated RAM for my X58 MB and I personally regret not buying faster RAM because it is the limiting factor in not being able to acheive more than 4 GHz on my system.
