It depends on the manufacturer.. some of them have it on one side with a 2 into 1 or 4 into 2 into 1 setup.

You can get custom exhausts to go into both sides. However you got to make sure you dont offset the balance of the bike.

Im loooking into buying a Honda CBR-RR i want one with 1100 CC's or so...
2000 or newer. i will probably buy it before the summer starts.

I suggest as a new rider not to go the CBR1100RR.. its not the right bike. Stay under 500cc PLEASE.. or you will crash it. You need to learn throttle control. Not that you wont crash on a 500cc but the chances are lesser. I mean you can still get into trouble with a 500cc but it will be lesser than a 1100cc bike.

For the love of god.. take teh MSF course.. www.msf-usa.org

Also check insurance rate for that bike.. and you will come to your sense.
