dont post!! help!! no direct 3d/draw acceleration with v3/3000 on win2k

somehow i maneged to lose directdraw/3d support , when i tried to play games that use d3d i can't use hardware accelration i also can't use directdraw for media player.
i'm using dx8 and sp2,i tried using all the drivers i can find but nothing work.
dxdiag report no support for either, but i can play games with openGL(quake3a).
can anyone help me?.

hey what do u know i found the fix in another post, i just had to open and close netmeeting and it all worked.
