For instance, if some is big pimpin', he's a playah. If you are jealous of his 'game' you are a playah-hatah. So the player would say back to you, "don't playah hate, [instead] congratulate" 😉
 
It's "Don't player hate"

It means don't get angry because a guy managed to have sex with a girl, perhaps one you want, or perhaps one you think had her innoncence violated. Don't hate him for it, it's a natural extention of his emotions and hormones.

At least that's the context inwhich I've always seen it used.
