Hello,
I have a new system with the below config.(just power is old but power tested with other system and no problem with power)
After turn off windows ,monitor and system turned off but CPU fan still ON and graphic fan will trun on! 😱
Almost twenty minutes fans are ON.

MB :ASUS VIII HERO
RAM : G SKILL 2*8 DDR4 3000
VGA : GIGA 980 GTX TI
COOLER : CAPAIN 240
PSU : 885 W

What i do?
