Technically, while they have signs for no drinking, eating, music etc, there's no posted signs saying you cannot fondle you sleeping neighbor.

MESA, Ariz. - Mesa police arrested a man Tuesday night after he allegedly fondled a sleeping passenger inside a Valley Metro light rail car.

Officers responded to the Sycamore Street Station and took 41-year-old Theo Rogers Jr. into custody.

Metro officials detained Rogers after workers outside the train car saw Rogers allegedly reaching over a seat and fondling the groin area of an adult male while the man slept.

Rail employees contacted security and Rogers was detained until Mesa police arrived.

Police say Rogers was not cooperative with investigators and requested an attorney. Rogers was booked for one count of sexual abuse.
