Been running without any problems since December. All of a sudden the damn thing reboots randomly!
I seriously think it's the hard drive, but I'm not totally sure. It reboots at two spots during the boot-up
process. When it does decide to work, it would stay on for a couple of days and then reboots again.
After many reboots it will stay put.

---------------------------
Reboots when:

Where it gives you an option to boot into single mode - "Press enter to continue or any other key ..."

When it does get past that part it

Reboots where:

it tells you the filesystem was dismounted properly, it runs fsck, and then it reboots.

---------------------------

I booted into single mode and ran fsck, no problems found. So, could it be the hard drive?
The server was purchased in December, and i think it's a Maxtor drive. I will do a reinstall tomorrow morning
and mind as well bump it up to 4.8.

I would blame memory before the hard disk, unless the disk is making funny noises.

Yeah, I had one of those flaky PC66 DIMMs with the blue LED in college. Worked fine for a few months, then I started getting random lockups and reboots in Linux. You should also make sure there is no dust inside, and that your PSU is still going strong. I know those are commonly recommended steps, but there is a reason for that ;)

Good luck!
