i was lazy and i didint get a case and ended up getting some minor surface scratches on my ipod screen (you cant even feel them). anyway to get the scrathes out??? thanx

I recommend using your warranty (if you bought an extended one) and returning it for a spankin' new shiny one.
the battery started acting up on mine (iPod 2) and I took it back no problems for a new one.

i just bought it a few days ago, i dont want to abuse the warrenty by sending it to apple just cuz i got a scratch on it

Good for you man, god forbid should you effect Apple's bottom line, after all they are practically giving away Ipods and PCs as it is.
