That board is a fine board for a kt133 chipset. If it has the CT5880 sound chip then it is quite good indeed.

That was the first socket A board I had. Stable and fast. Unfortunately since it is not KT133A it has no real XP support. I believe it only can do 200mghz CPUs. The 1.4 ghz 200 fsb Tbird is the fastest official cpu.
