I'm 6'5" and I don't have too much trouble fitting into a lot of cars. This is inspired by the bmw thread which stated that there is a lot of leg room in that car. Well like 2 days ago I drove in my friends '01 VW Jetta. Mind you this car looks pretty big and roomy on the outside, but when you get inside it's incredibly cramped and uncomfortable. I have a friend who's like 5'5" who was also bitching about the lack of leg space.

What happened? My friend has a 90's Honda Accord...which is about half the height and a lot shorter, but I have no trouble fitting in that car. I dont where all the space went on the Jetta...Did they design this car for midgets?

I'm 6'2, & my 89 Accord has plenty of room up front for me. Especially on the passengers side, there's a LOT of legroom over there.

You should try my '81 caddilac, I'm pretty sure you'd have to be about 7 ft tall before you had a problem with leg room.

I'm 6'4" and drive a Tahoe...plenty of leg and headroom...pause.....

My wife has a 97 Grand Am GT, and I can't hardly get in and out of the damn thing. When I drive it, I can't even tilt the steering wheel down to where I like because it hits my legs first.
