Don't have much room: heatsink/fan suggestion?

I need a Socket370 heatsink and quiet fan (e.g. Panaflo) combo that is 55mm tall or less. What's the best performing HS/fan I can get that doesn't exceed this height limit and is whisper quiet?

I'm thinking right now about my car. I can keep putting money into it... got a rebuilt tranny, had the heads redone, new muffler, new tires, new battery... still needs a new paint job, new alternator, and probably really needs the engine fully rebuilt. But when I stand back and squint, suddenly I realize

This stupid car is worth only $900 or so, total! :Q

Why not back down to 366MHz and cut the fan's voltage to 7 volts by grounding it to the +5V wire from the power supply (the red one in a red-black-black-yellow 4-pin connector)? Essentially free noise reduction. And if 366MHz is too slow, bag it and put the money towards a nice $30 Duron 850 and some sort of cost-effective board, and you'll have about twice the performance of the @566. Just trying to think outside the box...

KT133 new motherboard, $32 shipped on pricewatch. $28 shipped for Duron 900MHz. Run it at stock speed and get a crappy, quiet fan for less than $10. Use your existing memory and you are set for less than $70.

Looks like he didn't like my editorial comments :D

Well, you might go over to KDcomputers.com and I believe they have a Thermalright low-profile heatsink without fan (although the picture shows it with one) for $7. It's high-quality, with a copper heatspreader, but I don't remember how tall it is. I think it's called a CBL6. If I have time later I'll link to it, but I've got an errand to run first.

:D I appreciate all advice. Just thought I blabbered on too much in my original topic, so I edited it to get right to the point.
