Very good. The people at CompUSA get it when I say no, but the BestBuy people just keep going and going.

I wish more people understood that. Don't take it out on the employees. At least take your problems to the manager instead of b1tching to some employee who has no control over the situation.

If I have a problem, I always escalate to a manager before I start yelling. It makes no sense to yell at a poor CS worker.
