O.K., quick and dirty for a couple hundred mhz:

Set your RAM speed (I think it's called on an ASUS, "max ram speed" or something like that) to 166 (DDR 333), then bump up your FSB speed from 200 to about 210 or 215 or so. You should be able to get this OC without messing with voltage at all. Boot up the computer and run two instances of prime95- set one to run on each core. If it runs without error for more than 10minutes or so (which it will most likely), reboot, enter the bios, and turn up fsb about 5 or 10 more mhz. If it starts failing prime95, set your vcore to about 1.4x - 1.5, and you'll be good to go for a while.

Download "CPU-Z" and use that to show and confirm your cpu speed and ram speed.

This will get you going really basic- but to get the max out of your system, you should read the "sticky" on the top of this forum about overclocking- it's a good guide. Just experiment- you'll find that your 4400 will overclock pretty nicely.

With 4 sticks of RAM you most likely wont have much luck with overclocking the RAM. This can limit your OC efforts.

At any rate, I'd rather go with 2x1gb sticks instead of 4x512mb. Sometimes you'll be forced to use 2T instead of 1T because of that...

Go to the 11X multiplier, set your Ram divider to 5/6, set HTT to 240 and watch the fireworks.
