Don't fly American Eagle

Well, today we were booked for a flight to Chicago and then to London. First, there was air traffic problems in Chicago, we could understand and so the wait was 1 hour. Then, the weather got bad and sadly the flights were canceled.

Now we go to the ticket counter and had to wait like 2 hours to speak with someone. During that two hours, about 1 hour into it, we were almost at the counter. Then a security office saw unnatended baggage and he had everyone step back pretty far away. They were looking for the man who's it was and they called in some kind of team to handle it. They did this as a security precaution since it could have a bomb.

So, finally an hour later, we got to the counter. The lady here argues the first 20 minutes, then she says that she can get us a refund or the earliest flight was 2 days later, and for a week trip to London, that doesn't leave the time we wanted. I stood there telling her for like a half hour what she should do, like check other airlines and see if they can transfer us. She said they are all booked till 2 days later. She did say that she could give us a refund also. So after listening to her tell us why for 15 minutes, we just devided for the Sunday flight. Now we go eat dinner and then its time to pickup our luggage. We go to do that, and noone is there for American Eagle but someone is there for all the other airlines. We waited there after 3 people said they'd get someone and noone came. We went back to the ticket counter and asked what to do, they finally got someone and we got our luggage!

We are getting ready to leave and I saw no lines anymore at the t icket counter. I told my mom it wouldn't hurt to go and check if they have any flights tomorrow connecting to London. They checked, they found one. Not only did they do that, the guy spent 20 extra minutes looking for so mething sooner, no luck. The one they found was the next day, which worked too. My dad decided to write a letter now about their bad service but also one complimenting the fellow who fixed the problems later on.

Have you ever flown AirTram? (I think that's the airline's name) My brother flew on it and American Eagle... AirTram made AE look like the friggin 1st class on the Concorde.

Ooo i got a better story. I was in Russia and were sitting on the ground waiting for takeoff. Out of the corner of my eye, I see some guy pass me holding a huge champagne bottle. I laugh to myself. Then I look at him clearly and realize its one of the pilots. I watch him go into the cockpit and break it open with the other pilots before they close the door. Me and my friends were like :Q
