There was a guy bodyboarding in brazil who tried this, he doesnt have arms anymore.

I would let him swallow me and then I would start to eat his liver so he would spit me out.
 
The bottom lip looks all fvcked up. Like it ripped like an overcooked hotdog. Infact most of the flesh around the teeth looks pretty messed up. Weird.
