Dont Drink and drive.

SSP

Lifer
That should be common sense not good advice.

My uncle was driving while drunk with his kids in the van, and rolled it. His wife was pronounced dead at the scene. The kids (2 of 3) escaped with minor injury, but they are so young. 🙁 I don?t want to go in to any further info, but please avoid drinking and driving and stop your friends from doing the same. That is all. 🙁

that is so sad 🙁 i can't believe the wife didn't drive. was she even wearing a seat belt (ejected?)?

🙁

Oh man...that's sad. 🙁

My uncle was in a drunk driving accident about 5 years ago, he hit part of a bridge, his truck went up the beams and over the bridge and landed on the other side. He ended up getting terrible burns from chemicals in the engine, and had to have skin grafts and he broke an arm. Luckily my cousins weren't with him. The lab screwed up the blood tests, and he didn't end up with a DUI.

This happened during my first week of college, the day after my mom had a historectomy. Talk about a stressful week. 🙁

Oh yeah...my uncle ended up lying around at the local hospital for four or five hours, and the doctors there didn't realize that he had a chemical burn, and it just kept burning him for hours on end. Don't drink and drive.

No she wasnt for some reason. She would have survived if she was strapped on.

Oh man that's awful. He's now officially ruined the life of himself, his wife (obviously), and his kids. The whole family, plus immediate relatives and friends to a lesser extent.

I drove DD a week ago, nailed a deer in a friend's car. I guess hitting a deer was better then him hitting a pole though...

The message is lost on you I guess. I just hope the next thing you hit won?t be a person.

*assuming DD means drunk driving and not some other acronym, and you were over the limit.

DD means designated driver to me, I was the sober one. The deer was a fluke, it jumped out in front of me.

in that case it would say "drove drunk driving" which makes no sense. "DD" is designated driver.

It's ok, I understand being miffed. I would be livid if one of the people I know ever got behind a wheel after drinking. It would have been more then a deer we hit that night if the guy who's car it was drove...
