It's amazingly ineffecient.

I point, I click. It's faster than gestures, and much more sure.

I thought this thread was going to be about those annoying "Click It Or Ticket" ads they suddenly started flooding us with tonight.

Havn't you noticed extra enforcement periods? Where I work we start doing checkpoints for 100% seatbelts.

Nope they aren't allowed to ticket us for it here unless they happen to notice when stopping you for speeding or something.

I've actually seen ads like that - just passing your cursor over an ad meant "Yes, yes, for god's sake yes, I WANT to purchase this utterly useless product!!! NOW!!!"

Meh, requires a lot more bandwidth and faster computers to work smoothly, and no matter where you set the timer, you'll get some people annoyed that it's too slow (and wanting to click to speed things up) and some people who think it's too fast (and are inadvertently opening things they don't want to)
