i've never heard of heatspreaders falling off of any memory. usually people complain because they have difficulty removing them. you claim to have a significantly tweaked (and expensive) system, that isn't stable at stock speeds? maybe you should clear the cmos and brush up on OC homework. for starters, the price is $211.

Falcon Northwest has this memory available for their top end systems.
Try the Falcon Northwest web site and configure a Mach V desktop. Then again, ymmv.
