I'd say don't buy pizza at all, if you care. Steamed vegetables are so much better for health! *But, unfortunately, their taste sucks* (<----- no, I didn't say that!)

Bready foods take a long time to hit for some reason. One second your craming food down the hole happy as can be and the next your about to puke because you've ate an amount of food that's 3 times larger than your gut. Try eating a whole head of broccoli when your stomach is empty, you'll get about half way through and feel like you just ate a FAT thanksgiving dinner.

Dose that roll mean you agree or you dont agree?. This type of eating is exactly why america is so fat, you cant seriously think an excess of 200 grams of saturated fat is a normal daily intake, and this is in one meal!!
