Dont buy from Roadmall

I ordered a Matrix DVD from Roadmall and they sent me a Sting audio cd instead . Look at this reply
explaination as to why they did that.

That's lousy... I'd file a complaint at resellerratings.com or something. Then I'd send them back that CD and a letter bashing them for rediculous sales practices.

well they sent me a gift certificate about a month ago and I decided to get my mom a cd that she wanted. Santana's new one. I went on and ordered it with the GC.

Now it has been three weeks with no sigh on it.

I am not going to pursue it or anything because I have better things to do.

I do NOT order things from them.

They took the "liberty" of substituting an audio CD for a movie DVD? This one is just too strange. Did you check some kind of box on the order form that said If out of item ordered, feel free to send whatever crap you have laying around?
