Don't block the box

I feel like if another car is wholly in the intersection, it should be legal to forcibly move them by ramming their bumper.

How can you possibly live in the DC metro area and not agree with him? I literally want to T Bone the idiots that block intersections for cross traffic, the selfish SOB's think they are the only people on the road. As it is when they do it to me I get about 2 inches from their door and lay on the horn the entire time they are blocking the intersection.
 
My biggest problem is Sudley first thing in the morning and so far I've been coping.
Next semester I start at Mason which means a long trip up 28 and then over 29. Thats gonna suck.

You need to learn the rat routes, if you are going to the main campus there are a lot better ways than that.
