Bullshit words of wisdom since they were given at 6:29PM on black Friday. The vast majority of the fights are long over.

You couldn’t drag me to a store on Black Friday, crowds of people with no sense, shoving, pushing, sneezing & coughing all over me? No thanks!

My Christmas shopping is simple this year. My son got good seats for a Bruins game for himself & a friend. I’ll kick in an envelope with some cash so they can get food etc. The husband got a new clutch for his truck ( ouch!) & a few simple clothing items. My daughters got beauty deals from Ulta & Sephora & will get a few bucks to put towards their families holiday dinner. Under the tree, it’s a white Xmas, lol socks & underwear :)

I am finding that giving gifts of experiences is the best way to go, my son is an avid sports fan & loves the Bruins, seeing the look on his face when he realized he was 8 rows from the ice at a game he was eager to attend was priceless.

We do online of course but my wife goes [mostly clothes] shopping with my mom on Friday late morning and they're fine and so is everyone else. The only craziness is doorbuster time. I think the perception is overblown and also because online is so much more convenient that typists like to put the other experience down more than warranted. But there are certain things you just can't buy online. Prime example we did buy fleece jackets for our boys from Macys.com and they are much thinner than anticipated. Now we have to make the trip for a return anyway to get proper ones.

Turn your phone horizontal if you're going to record any fights and hold it steady!
