donotmail.com - security threat?

Hi folks,

I was reading the new york times on my wife's laptop when suddenly McAfee pops up and warns me that the website "donotmail.org" is a security threat. Can anyone confirm this, or has anyone had experience with this site? Here's a screenshot:

I tried searching for information on the site (the site exists and claims to help stop junk mail), but all I can find are posts by people recommending the site to their friends. The San Diego Union-Tribune recommends it:

I'm pretty sure my wife did visit this site since it is in her history and she was complaining yesterday about too much junk-mail.

Unfortunately, I cannot find out why McAfee sees it as a threat because I do not have the full version. In fact, I was not aware that McAfee was on this laptop at all - I installed the laptop early in 2010 and installed AVG on it. How McAfee free got on it I am not sure (AVG is still on it and working). My wife is unavailable to ask at present - but I doubt she would remember back to Feb when McAfee was installed (checked it in Add/Remove programs).

Edit: corrected site name to "donotmail.org". Sorry guys, I meant to write "donotmail.org" in the title line as well, but I can't edit that.
