So, I just watched it. It was a free movie on Comcast in demand! In hi-def even. So go see it if you have Comcast, it is free.

No spoilers in my post, but i will say the following.

I thought the movie was very good. It was just shy of perfect. The conclusion to the movie was lacking, in my opinion. If it had a more complete ending (it really didn't explain things clearly) this movie would have become a classic. It has attained cult following though.

Anyways, I just wanted to say that you can see it free if you have Comcast and if you don't, it is worth the rental. It kept me interested for the entire movie and THE PLOT WAS ORIGINAL!

Things were explained fine, you just didn't understand everything.

avafreak,

Did you understand the ending? I got the emotional aspect of it, but it was not explained well.

SPOILER WARNING:
What I got was that Donnie could see the future and see his destiny. When he found out that the girl he loves would die due to his pre-determined destiny, he chose to alter his destiny. The irony of course is that in the alternative universe where Donnie dies, his girlfriend never even met him. The jet engine thing was also very wierd.

SPOILER
The jet engine teleporting into the past to kill Donnie and how that worked made sense?

I thought the movie was good but its reputation was hurt by all the emo kids who couldn't stop talking about it.

... I didn't know they have commercials during On Demand movies. That's weak. I'm gonna watch my own copy on the PS3. Seth Rogen's in this movie for 5 sec.

It's a promote for Doomsday. I've never seen something like that before and I've watched plenty of free HD movies on On Demand.
