"Donnie Darko, what kind of name is that? Sounds like a super hero."
"What makes you think I'm not?"

"What are feces?"
"Baby mice."

"Hey, has anyone ever told you you're sexy?"
"I like your boobs."

"What else do you think about during school?"
"Married with children."

Baha.

The rabbit is teh pwonzor. I wanna dress up as that when kids come to my door in the future.

Either that, or the clown from It. Give even more children the fear of clowns.

would it be a cult classic in addition to being a clut classic?

Ummm, it was an okay movie. It had quirky one liner comebacks, which teenagers and college kids thought were hilarious. The plot was supposed to convey the parodoxes and strange occurrances in time travelling. The movie was supposed to be trippy and beyond the norm which appealed to kids our age at the time, and the characters had a strange dark quirkiness to them which some people enjoyed. Camera angles were filmed just slightly off skew to give this sense of awkwardness, but I thought it was overdone. I thought the idea of people trying to analyze the movie's "nuances" and such was totally pedantic. It was a okay/good movie, but hardly the best movie out there.

The one liners were funny to an extent, but meh, I wouldn't go out and buy the DVD.
