Work out the proability of a level of similarity between answer sheets to proove its reasonable that you did not cheat. This should be worth marks on its own.

I have to talk to him on Monday so I dont know how I'm going to argue besides saying that
I didnt and the chances are high that we have similar answers.

Ouch, what type of assignment was it? It does sound weird from what you are saying cuz you'd assume everyone's answers are supposed to be similar one way or another? Did he tell you how they are similar?

when I was in college I failed one assignment in a CS course because it matched 23 other students. It was a 4 line "hello world" type of assignement. The instructor failed over half the class.

Lesson: sometimes sh!t happens.

File a complaint.

Oh, and teachers shouldn't give a sh!t. If people copy homework, that fact will become apparent when tests roll around. I ahd more than one teacher in my day have that attitude. And you know what ... it works out in the end.
