Done. CPU is dead --- ASUS P3V4x and P3-800EB with slocket, no post

Just got this combo and am having problem getting a post. CPU fan doesn't run either

edit: got the motherboard to post with a Celeron 600, still no post will the P3.

Probably the slocket is not compatible with FCPGA CPU's. Only PPGA CPU's might work.

what slocket are you using?
can your ram handle 133fsb?
