The same sort behavior is seen when others use government to be the bleeding heart without a brain when they hand out other people's tax dollars but fail to understand how someone else may try to abuse the system to make being poor comfortable.

Whatever the program, there will be people to take advantage of it. This is why I prefer charities help the poor instead of government, because if government is being cheated I am being forced to pay the price, but if a charity is being cheated then I am optionally being cheated. In this case it's a church being cheated, we aren't forced to give money to a church.

Donate and let the receivers do as they please, don't like what the receivers do?, then don't donate.

What I have a problem with is the donators being deceived about what they are getting involved in in order to keep them or get them to "donate".

I donate to the NEEDY, not the WANTY. The wanty can pay real money at a proper store. Goodwill sells dirt cheap stuff so poor people can get by in life.
