I am worried about this as well. I imagine our duck will be a lame berserker. He will franticly waddle around like a duck with its head cut off.
That would be a good outcome. He knows he is going down, and he already has his list of pardons and things he is going to destroy with executive orders. Hell he may already have them typed up and sitting on his desk awaiting his signature.

He's already made it clear, no stimulus checks unless he wins.

Fortunately, EOs can be reversed by the next president - as Trump, of all people, should know. Once he loses, I expect that more people from our Executive lead institutions will regrow their backbones.
The EO's can easily be reversed by the next president, but how long to repair the damage they caused?

From Nov 4 to Jan 21 is 78 long days. EPA, FDA, FAA, FCC, etc., etc., dismantled, people fired, etc. How long to restore function, rehire people, rebuild/replace resources destroyed?

Look at the damage done in just weeks by one of his goons to the USPS, destroying untold millions of dollars of equipment crippling the USPS to do it's job.

Remember he is mentally ill, and his outrage will be total insanity.

Wow, the level of desperation is...SAD!
Agreed AND comical, Gatez is telling Trump to spray his creaky old nut-sack directly across
his face, he's not up for re-election this cycle so dick-sucking is not dangerous. If trump is gone
when his seat comes back up most will forget, if he wins Trump might remember who was sucking
his dick when many were beginning to shy away from the turd.

Presidents have secret service protection for the rest of their lives (smart move by Obama), what happens when the ex-president goes to jail?

As a member of the HOR, Gaetz is up for re-election every 2 years. Sucking Trump's dick makes for an easy win in his intensely red district-

Oh, OK, so this is the off year then, guess he had to get the sucking in now though since the turd might be gone in 3 weeks. His opponent next cycle might want to grab the pic of Matt arriving in the chambers with a full diving helmet on as a gag, 213K dead, nice joke asshole.

There's talk again of Trump issuing a self-pardon before he has to leave in January, he'll be even more of a hero to
his minions.

It would be such an awesome sight to see Trump in prison, standing proudly, defiantly beside the tennis courts at the luxury prison he'll be residing in, waving to his loyal supporters as they cheer him on from outside the razor wire fence shouting at him to keep that stiff upper lip of his from pouting and that they'll be waiting for the Supreme Court to overturn his conviction on the grounds that he was a victim of a deep state conspiracy led by Obama, Clinton and Biden and that his presidency was stolen from him by the Dems who turned in millions of fake ballots.

That won't save him from NYS.

You must not be American. The HOR is up for election every even numbered year. One third of the Senate is up for election at the same time & they serve 6 year terms. Capische?

I wonder how loyal the assigned SS detail is to their protectee? Like would they allow Trumpity Dumpity to flee the country? Or would they protect the law when a warrant is put out for his arrest?

Not at all. I notice your biased take only registers one half of Meghan and Harry's statements - what about the other one, eh?

The guy could be acknowledging that Trump's hope for re-election is entirely dependent on misinformation.

What "other one"? ... The part where they say “most important election of our lifetime.” . If this is the extent of their message, It's not "election interference" even if they held their titles. They aren't endorsing a candidate and the quote should be pretty fucking agreeable regardless of party. Markle is an American citizen by birth . The Bill of Rights protects everyone to exercise free speech. She can say whatever the fuck she wants. I don't give a fuck if the title is still listed on their non profit. Screw that monarchy BS. Its just more Republican, right wing whining. Jason Smith can fuck right off. US citizen, freedom of speech.

Again, it's a GOP congressman admiting that encouraging people to vote and to reject hate speech is bad for Trump.

The other part of Harry and Meghan's statement. The bit where they ask people to reject misinformation. They didn't just say to reject hate speech, they also said to reject misinformation. Given that the entire Trump election campaign depends on misinformation, the chap is deducing that if they tell people to reject that they are telling them to reject Trump's campaign.

He will definitely pardon himself, and it will eventually be up to the SCOTUS to rule if he can actually do that.

Could this be why he is so desperate to fill the RBG seat with someone who will be promoted to a seat far far above her abilities. But she will owe him.

You had said "As a member of the HOR, Gaetz is up for re-election every 2 years " and since he's not up for re-election
this year I thought it was going to be next year.

DEMS WANT TO PUT RAISINS IN GUACAMOLE! VOTE NOW!

Link

The president continued his rant, saying that Biden is “going to do things that nobody ever, would ever think even possible because he’s following the radical left agenda. Take away your guns, destroy your Second Amendment. No religion, no anything. Hurt the Bible. Hurt God. He’s against God. He’s against guns. He’s against energy. Our kind of energy. I don’t think he’s going to do too well in Ohio. If he did, we’d have a big story. He’s not going to do well.”

Trump seems to be off his trolley.

(Was that bizarre rant before or after they pumped him full of drugs?)

I keep watching out for his every new pronouncement in the hope the meds will fully kick in and he'll make like El Presidente in "Bananas" ('the national language is now Swedish, all children under 16 years old are now 16 years old, every citizen to change underwear every hour.'..etc).

It's so hard to tell, given his starting point, though.

Musing whether he could issue an executive order to bar Biden from becoming President, declaring that Biden is going to 'hurt God and hurt the Bible' - it's like he's teetering on the brink but none of it is quite definitive.
