I would have liked to have seen that. Tom Selleck was a likable guy before he was political and started stealing water. It would have been more comedy though. Probably been similar to High Road to China, but with Nazis. The only other action movies I remember him in was Quigly Down Under and Runaway, and he was fine in both.

The question of whether the water was paid for is under dispute as well. Someone paid for it, but it wasnt Selleck directly. If he did pay for it and could prove it, he wouldnt have needed to settle. In any event, its shady business for someone who could afford to do it the right way.

But anyways, he had the charisma and athleticism to have a decent version of Indiana Jones. He was always considered athletic in Magnum PI. I think his backstory was he would have been a pro quarterback but because he went to Navy he had mandatory military service to perform. And he did his time in a spec ops unit. :biggrin:
