Domino's. Management in Training

OutHouse

WTF!!! our friends daughter who is 18 just got hired at Domino's as a Management in Training. Her daughter has never held a job other than babysitting and absoutly no experience. She has a GED and dropped out of a community college because it was too difficult. How in the hell was she even considered?

Im happy she got a job, but damn...

Dude. You don't have to be much to be "management" at a flippin domino's. My friend is a manager there too, after 6 months as a delivery driver. And guess what, he has a GED too. Plus, its not like they make the "big buxx"

do you really want to know how she got the job?

If Domino's is anything like Best Buy, they'll keep her as MIT for a year or more. I think it's supposed to be a way to keep an employee from leaving ("Promotion is just around the corner!") while giving them more responsibilities but not the complete salary bump they deserve.

It's a freaking pizza delivery store. How much experience do you think is required? Have you been to a Dominos lately?

So that is why they always mess up my Pizza 🙂 just kiddin...... I like their Pizza with the garlic sauce 🙂
