Dominator 1866MHzCL9 vs Dominator1600 MHzCL8 for i7 920 moderate overclock?

Please could you reply soon before my local shop runs out of it

I am about to get one of these. Which one would be better for a 3.6 ghz to 3.8GHZ type of over clock for my i7 920?
Is the added price of a) worth it? The fan thing is probably helpful too?

Going by the specs in the title alone, it wouldn't surprise me to find out that it's the same ram in both types.
