Domain Problem...

Ok, I registered a domain name about 2 days ago, and also a cheap host. But I'm to access the site or FTP into it by the domain name. I know you're supposed to give it time to propagate through the Internet, but it's been well over 24/48 hours since I registered the domain. Anyone have any ideas?
 
It'll take 24-48 hours for it to propagate. After that, chances are you'll have to change the nameservers to your webhost's nameservers. You should've been given an IP to log in to that'll work until the domain gets moved.
