Hi every1,

About a year ago, I registered a domain name with Network Solutions (sushi69.com). I've just found out recently that someone is using my domain name without my permission.

I did a tracert on the IP address and it appears to be a DSL subscriber from PacBELL.

What can I do?

p.s. I've tried emailing Network Solutions may times regarding this problem, but to no avail.

Have you tried phoneing them? Thats the next step if that does not work then er... Hmmm... Could also try showing up at Network Solution's front door and going in to complain about it but that would be extreme. Phone them up and tell them what has happened!

Albert.

Are you sure your domain didn't expire? I think the contract only lasts a year but I could be wrong.

Well someone has registered their name server as authoritative for the domain. All you have to do is get your own server up and running and theirs will stop registering.
