There is a domain that I wish to register, however this is what I get when I go through the whois :

Registrar: BULKREGISTER, LLC.
Whois Server: whois.bulkregister.com
Referral URL: http://www.bulkregister.com
Name Server: DNS1.DEDICATEDNS.COM
Name Server: DNS2.DEDICATEDNS.COM
Status: ACTIVE

that whois server doesn't work, and when I go to the domain it forwards me elsewhere, which has a similar :

Registrar: BULKREGISTER, LLC.
Whois Server: whois.bulkregister.com
Referral URL: http://www.bulkregister.com

how do I get in touch with them?

thanks, Rossy 🙂

i've been patiently waiting for our small business domain name to be open:

Domain Name: ********.com

Whois Server: whois.domaindiscover.com
Referral URL: http://www.domaindiscover.com
Name Server: NS.BUYDOMAINS.COM
Name Server: THIS-DOMAIN-FOR-SALE.COM
Status: REGISTRAR-LOCK
Updated Date: 19-apr-2005
Creation Date: 17-dec-2004
Expiration Date: 17-dec-2006

any idea how much a company would charge to sell the name?

i'm terrified to even ask them, for fear that they jack up the price or that they might let it go soon.

depends. i checked into getting some names that were registered but not in use and they wanted about $400 for one and about $1200 for another one. screw that!

then, i shall continue to wait.
