Hi, fellow members.

I have a domain name registered with enom and it's going to expire within a month

I am planning renew the domain name via other provider.

Should I go with Godaddy or namecheap or (any other suggestion) ?

usually how long does it to take to transfer the domain name from the old company to the new company ?

Pls advise.

Thanks in advance.

The word you are looking for is "advise" - not "advice".

Go namecheap.

i use dotster.com for all my registrations (three currently)

they aren't the cheapest, but i like them anyway, never a problem

why are you leaving enom?

I've got an account with enom and godaddy never had a problem with either. I've heard good things about namecheap as well so any of those three are good.

Transfer shouldnt take to long, just make sure you do it at least 10 days before your name expires.

Thats for a new retail account, your pricing may be different then that, to check your pricing log on to enom then click on home in the left menu and then pricing info under that and it will show you your real price.

I always use godaddy but do it soon. I don't think they will guarantee they can transfer it if it's within a certain time of expiring.
