Domain and workgroup view in My Network Places

How do I make My Network Places show my domain or any workgroup when i click on it. Currently when i double click on it, it just shows folders that i previously accessed on other computers or on the server. if i want to see the icons of the domain or workgroups i would have to click on Entire Network and then Microsoft Network. This is a hassle as I go back and forth between the domain and workgroups. how would i change the view so that it displays the icons instantly? i've already looked through folder views but nothing.
